Hypnobirthingcursus – test

This HypnoBirthing® course consists of 2 evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM , and 2 Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM . The dates: June 3, June 8, June 17 and June 22. The course is for you and your (birth) partner. In order to give you sufficient personal attention during the lessons, we work with small groups. The course is mainly practical. We start with the principles of HypnoBirthing®, then the birth process is offered. We will practice with hypnobirthing techniques so that you know how you can support the natural birth process yourself. Finally, you will receive information about the first bonding with the baby and bottle/breastfeeding. After the course you will have enough knowledge to look forward to the birth of your child with confidence.

• Personal guidance (by telephone or e-mail) until the birth of your child
• During the course: healthy snacks, coffee and tea
• Telephone introductory meeting (if desired)
